We were not that lucky with the weather and a tight time frame prevent me to absolve any interesting observation, however I made some photos for the record. Later if I'm done with the pilot phase of this blog, I can go back and explore a bit more the area.
Next to the natural values of the site, there are a few cultural cornerstone in the area. This bridge has nine wholes and a pretty famous piece of architecture for the Hortobágy, so it became a sort of symbol too.
The Pente-zug lays near agricultural areas and famous for cranes during the Autumn migration period.
This dust road can lead us inside the area but with a normal car it was better to stay out.
